Ward Nurse

• Provide daily nursing care to patients including hygiene, mobility assistance, and nutritional support.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions or side effects.
• Record patient observations, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses during rounds, examinations, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication, post-discharge care, and general health.
• Ensure infection control practices and hospital safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Prepare patients for procedures, transfers, or discharge as per medical orders.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during hospitalization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
