Key Responsibilities
- Source, establish, and equip warehouses with required tools, technology, and security systems
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure effective workflow management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff
- Ensure team competency, productivity, and adherence to operational procedures
- Support planning and execution of logistics and resource mobilization projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines
- Maintain and enforce HSE standards within warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics project management
- Strong coordination, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Good knowledge of HSE standards, warehouse workflows, and compliance requirements
- Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
