Job Description – Warehouse Administrator (SAP Experienced)

2. Position Objective
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the warehouse, including material receiving, storage, issuance, and system transactions. Ensure inventory accuracy, on-time material supply, and proper data entry in SAP.
3. Key Responsibilities
3.1 Material Receiving
-
Receive raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods according to purchase orders.

Check quantities, quality, and documentation (delivery notes, invoices, packing lists).

Record goods receipts in SAP accurately and timely.
3.2 Storage & Inventory Management
-
Arrange proper storage based on material category, safety, and FIFO principles.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks; reconcile discrepancies.
-
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper labeling.
3.3 Material Issuance & Return
-
Issue materials to production or maintenance departments based on approved requests.

Record issuance and return transactions in SAP (Goods Issue / Goods Return).

Monitor material consumption and report abnormal usage to management.
3.4 SAP System Operation

Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note), GI (Goods Issue), stock transfer, and inventory adjustment in SAP.

Support monthly closing by ensuring all warehouse transactions are completed.

Assist in SAP report extraction and inventory analysis.
3.5 Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Finance teams for stock control and documentation.

Prepare inventory reports, slow-moving stock lists, and warehouse KPIs.

Support internal and external audits.
3.6 Safety & Compliance
-
Follow warehouse safety procedures and EHS standards.

Ensure compliance with company and Saudi regulatory requirements for material handling.
4. Requirements
4.1 Education
-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
4.2 Experience
-
Minimum 3–5 years warehouse experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred).
-
Knowledge of material classification and inventory control methods.
4.3 Skills
-
Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Excel (pivot tables, reporting).

Good organizational and time management skills.
-
Basic English communication required; Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.

Understanding of warehouse safety and 5S management.
