Job Summary
The Group Leader of Warehouse and Logistics is responsible for supervising and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and 7S standards. This role leads the team to maintain timely material handling, proper storage, accurate inventory, and safe production practices, while continuously improving warehouse utilization and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. College diploma or above.

2. Minimum 3 years of production or warehouse/logistics experience.

3. Willingness to work long-term abroad.

4. English proficiency preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or production support roles.

Certificates & Trainings: Certification in warehouse management, logistics, or safety management is advantageous.

Technical Skills1. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
2. Ability to plan and optimize warehouse layout.
3. Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection procedures.
4. Understanding of 7S standards and safety regulations.
