Role Purpose:
To manage inward and outward logistics, maintain accurate inventory, ensure compliance with GST regulations, and support overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inward Logistics:
- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for quality and quantity compliance.
- Update stock records in ERP or inventory system.
- Outward Logistics:
- Prepare and dispatch goods as per delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipments.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
- E-Way Bill & GST Compliance:
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills for all outward shipments.
- Ensure compliance with GST rules for invoicing and documentation.
- Maintain records for audit and statutory requirements.
- Inventory & Store Management:
- Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Organize and store materials systematically for easy retrieval.
- Monitor stock for damages, expiry, or obsolescence.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, invoices, and other records.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with procurement, production, and sales teams for material requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and transporters for smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation and GST compliance.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
