Warehouse Assistant

Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support our storage and inventory operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who can assist in handling materials, maintaining organized storage, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse activities within a professional consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and office supplies.
  • Support loading and unloading of goods when required.
  • Organize and maintain stock for easy access and proper storage.
  • Help track inventory levels and update stock records.
  • Prepare materials and supplies for internal use or dispatch.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during operations.
  • Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory checks.
  • Coordinate with storekeepers and administrative teams.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of inventory handling and storage procedures.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
