Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the store/warehouse
Issue materials as per approved requests and maintain records
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)
Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area
Coordinate with procurement and other departments as needed
Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role
Knowledge of inventory management procedures
Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems)
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
