Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to oversee and manage warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, dispatch, and receipt of goods while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of goods to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.

Operations and Logistics:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and process documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Track and report daily operational metrics to management.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Suggest and implement technologies or tools to optimize operations.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Report equipment malfunctions and ensure timely repairs.

Key Competencies:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team leadership and collaboration.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects when needed.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
