Warehouse Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily B2B fulfillment operations at our 3PL partner facility in Buena Park. This position will act as the on-site representative of our company, ensuring that warehouse operations meet our service standards for order accuracy, timeliness, and quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally savvy, and skilled at managing relationships with both warehouse teams and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally at the warehouse to supervise the picking, packing, and shipment of B2B orders.
• Ensure all B2B shipments are processed accurately and meet required SLAs for on-time delivery and quality.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the 3PL operations team and our remote B2B logistics team via Slack.
• Monitor and communicate order status, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalating issues to internal teams as needed.
• Conduct regular checks on warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with company standards for safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Support system updates, reporting, and troubleshooting in collaboration with the remote B2B operations team.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve workflow efficiency, warehouse layout, and fulfillment accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a B2B or 3PL environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including order picking, packing, inventory management, and shipping.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and communicate effectively across remote teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Additional Details

• This is a contract position, not eligible for overtime pay. The contract term is roughly 3-4 months.
• Must be able to be physically present on-site daily during operational hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
• Occasional extended hours may be required during peak seasons.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
