Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining our HVAC and Plumbing inventory. Your primary duties include receiving, organizing, and tracking materials, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean and well-organized. You will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by keeping inventory accurate and readily available for service technicians.

SHIFT - 5:00am - 2pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Help with receiving, inspecting, storing, and organizing incoming materials. Track inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for dispatch. Verify order accuracy before distribution.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Ensure materials are stored properly and labeled correctly.
• Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload shipments, check deliveries for accuracy, and document inventory movements.
• Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety regulations and conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years' experience working in a warehouse, supply chain, and/or logistics environment
• Familiarity with HVAC and/or plumbing equipment is preferred but not required.
• Current and valid driver's license in the state where you will be working.
• Ability to work in various conditions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• This may include frequently lifting to 75 lbs., working in confined spaces, at heights, and in variable weather conditions.
