Warehouse Associate

The ideal candidate must be located in Dubai and have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.

• Accurately pick items based on order requirements.
• Pack and prepare shipments following company and client standards.
• Ensure all packaging materials and labeling meet quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods promptly.
• Assist in stock replenishment and organization of warehouse shelves.
• Inspect inbound and outbound goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
• Identify and correct order or packaging errors before shipment.
• Receive, unload, and process inbound shipments efficiently.
• Prepare and dispatch outbound shipments according to schedule.
• Coordinate with logistics teams and carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with fulfillment systems to process online and B2B orders.
• Support 3PL clients with customized fulfillment requirements.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations (preferably in an e-commerce or 3PL setting).
• Basic understanding of order fulfillment processes and warehouse workflows.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
