Overview
Join our dynamic Santa Fe Springs warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and play a key role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and well-managed operation. In this position, you will be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean, structured, and fully optimized, ensuring inventory is accurately tracked, stored, and readily accessible.
You will manage inventory control processes, including receiving and releasing materials, while maintaining precise records and coordinating closely with technicians to ensure the timely availability of parts and equipment. Your attention to detail will support accurate order fulfillment and smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Manage inventory by accurately receiving, labeling, storing, and tracking materials.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely release and availability of parts and equipment.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and condition of items.
- Record and update inventory data in warehouse management systems with precision.
- Prepare and stage materials for distribution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Organize storage areas to optimize space and improve accessibility of materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines to maintain compliance.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance workflow and organization.
- Report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, providing updates on inventory levels, discrepancies, and daily operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or inventory control environment preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory management practices, including receiving, stocking, and issuing materials.
- Experience coordinating with technicians or internal teams to support operational needs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic data entry.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and perform inventory counts with attention to detail.
- Experience handling shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and verification.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse vehicles (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks); certification preferred.
- Knowledge of safe operation practices for warehouse equipment and adherence to safety regulations.
- OSHA certification and lift/equipment operation training are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep work areas clean and structured.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify and report discrepancies.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job duties.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
