Intake Breathing is a fast-growing consumer health and wellness company dedicated to helping people breathe and perform better through innovative nasal breathing products. We are opening our Reno Distribution Center and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Position Overview

This position plays a key role in our fulfillment operations, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers and web-based software and can serve as a backup resource for creating shipping labels and processing outbound shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process orders from Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, retail, and other sales channels
• Create shipping labels and assist with daily shipping operations
• Prepare freight, parcel, and international shipments
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Support other warehouse and fulfillment activities as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred
• Computer literate and comfortable learning new software systems
• Experience with shipping platforms, e-commerce systems, or inventory software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
