Warehouse Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is managed effectively and that products are shipped and received in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and heavy equipment operation.

Duties

• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading materials from shipping containers multiple times per week.
• Execute picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist with materials handling and ensure proper packaging of products for shipment.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide support in stocking shelves and organizing products within the warehouse.
• Task as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
• Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and order pickers a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
