Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver (CDL A Preferred)

About the Role:
Brockway Mechanical & Roofing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This role supports daily warehouse operations while also handling deliveries and pickups to job sites. A Class A CDL is preferred, but not required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of materials and equipment
Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Prepare, stage, and load materials for delivery to job sites
Coordinate and perform deliveries and pickups with field personnel
Ensure all materials entering and leaving the warehouse are properly documented
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
Track tools and equipment checked in and out of the shop
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Dispose of waste materials according to company procedures
Report damaged or missing inventory to management
Assist with general shop support and maintenance as needed
Perform grounds maintenance including snow removal and lawn care
Support general building upkeep and janitorial duties

Qualifications:

Class A CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Previous warehouse and/or delivery experience is a plus
Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
