Warehouse Associate - Inventory & Quality Control

The Delivery Source – Jacksonville, FL

The Delivery Source is a premium white-glove furniture logistics company serving interior designers, builders, hospitality clients, and homeowners throughout Northeast Florida. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of hands-on warehouse work, furniture handling, receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and basic computer/data entry tasks in a fast-paced but team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming furniture shipments
Inspect incoming items for visible damages or missing pieces
Label and organize incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations
Assist with inventory updates and basic data entry
Pull and stage furniture for upcoming deliveries and customer pickups
Safely move furniture using pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment
Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
Help maintain accurate inventory and warehouse locations
Assist customers picking up items from the warehouse
Work closely with warehouse team members to keep operations running smoothly
Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper furniture handling techniques

Qualifications

1+ years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
Forklift or order picker experience preferred
Comfortable using computers for basic inventory updates and data entry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Experience handling furniture or large, fragile items is a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, move, push, or carry furniture and inventory throughout the workday
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Schedule

Full-time position (30-40 hrs weekly)
Monday–Friday
Day shift hours
No weekends required
Additional overtime opportunities may occasionally be available

Pay & Benefits

$17–$19 per hour depending on experience
Weekly pay
Paid major holidays after introductory period
