315pm to Midnight Monday - Friday

Cookies-n-Milk Inc. is looking for a full-time Warehouse & Shipping Associate in McKinney, Texas! This position involves working in frozen, refrigerated, and typical climate controlled environments in a high-volume cookie factory. Located just off US-75 and Eldorado Parkway in McKinney, Cookies-n-Milk is easily accessible from any direction, including nearby access to US-380 (E University Drive).

Warehouse Associate duties include:

Drive truck to local warehouse facility unload and return to site

· Stand up forklift experience is required.

· Utilizing a forklift to load and unload 53” trailers.

· Properly organizing and maintaining a 7000 sq. ft dry goods warehouse.

· Setting out and collecting ingredients each day for production use.

· Using a pallet wrapper to wrap completed pallets built by Production staff.

· Store and organize completed pallets in finished goods freezers.

· Pick and pull cases of product to build orders for customers.

· Collect empty wooden pallets throughout the facility for sorting.

· Make sure that working areas under responsibility of Warehouse staff (freezers, warehouse, refrigerator) are clean, organized, and tidy.

Minimum Requirements

· Education:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Prior experience driving stand-up forklifts.

· Ability to work in frozen environments for up to 30 minutes (freezer wear is provided).

Other Requirements:

· Good communication in English

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

· Punctual, able to work Monday-Friday 315pm -12am weekdays. (45-minute lunch and X2 -10 break).

· On occasion may be asked to stay beyond 9pm, or come in early, to finish loading a truck or put away finished pallets of product.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds with assistance

· The ideal candidate will have worked in warehouse and shipping facilities before. Stand up forklift experience is required. Ability to work in frozen environments is required. Please have experience picking product and assembling pallets. Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred.

· PPE Required

· This position requires regular interaction with industrial food processing equipment. A commitment to safety is required, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be worn at all times for the given task at hand. This equipment may include wearing eye protection, ear protection, gloves, hairnets, beardnets,etc.

Position details:

· There is 1 position open for an immediate hire.

· Hourly pay for this position is up to $28 depending on experience / qualifications.
