About the Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our warehouse and yard operations running smoothly and efficiently by receiving and organizing incoming materials, preparing and fulfilling inventory for construction projects, and managing outbound shipments to ensure everything is accurate and on time. You’ll also help maintain accurate documentation and system updates that support inventory and job costing, while keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that directly supports successful project execution.
General Summary of Position
Responsible for supporting warehouse and yard operations by safely receiving and processing incoming materials, fulfilling inventory needs for construction projects, and managing outbound shipments. Ensures accurate documentation and system updates for inventory and job costing, while maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Provides general support across the facility and assists with additional tasks and projects as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Licenses/Certifications
N/A
Years of Experience
1+ years of hands-on warehouse operations experience including forklift experience.
Construction related experience a plus.
Required Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
Detail-oriented including experience with both manual and electronic recordkeeping systems.
Ability to update procedures using MS Word.
Mechanically inclined and able to use basic hand tools.
Knowledge of standard operating procedures for warehouse operations including goods receipts, goods issue, cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and safety protocols.

Other Requirements
Ability to work early morning hours and overtime when needed particularly during the peak season of April – October.
