Warehouse Sourcing & Contract Negotiation
Provider Selection: Lead the process for identifying, evaluating, and selecting new warehouse service providers (3PLs) or securing additional space from existing partners.
RFP/RFI Management: Prepare and manage Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) processes, clearly defining scope, service-level agreements (SLAs), operational requirements, and technical specifications.
Agreement Closure: Lead and finalize complex commercial and legal negotiations with warehouse providers to close agreements, ensuring favorable terms, clear pricing structures, and robust exit clauses.
Contract Management: Maintain oversight of all capacity contracts, managing renewals, amendments, and ensuring provider compliance with agreed-upon terms, performance metrics, and cost targets.
Core Competencies
Analytical Skills: Expert-level ability to analyze large datasets, build financial models, and create accurate forecasts to drive strategic decisions.
Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of achieving win-win outcomes, coupled with strong written and verbal communication to present complex ideas to executive leadership.
Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of cost-to-serve analysis, warehousing pricing models (e.g., transactional, dedicated space, shared capacity), and budget management.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and advanced planning/forecasting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
