Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Generates periodic reports for pending purchase orders (POs), inventory aging, expiry, inventory values, PO delivery schedules, zero-stock items, and order fulfillment.
  2. Analyzes generated reports and provide suggestions to resolve any issues or obstacles under the supervision of the manager/director.
  3. Ensures all department employees are updating the system and submitting required reports on time; report any deviations.
  4. Closely monitors supply chain activities that may affect customer service or end users, reporting any issues immediately.
  5. Reviews supply chain processes, identify overlapping areas between departments that may impact outcomes, and advise on process improvements.
  6. Monitor daily KPIs for all departments.
  7. Ensures staff have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently.
  8. Ensure compliance with related policies and procedures, and that departmental goals are met as per Fakeeh Health Care facility requirements.
  9. Provides reports on improvements and performance within departments/units for the specified period.
  10. Ensures all processes and activities within the department adhere to relevant policies and procedures, and that all staff have their job descriptions
  11. Assists the supply chain manager/director in improvement initiatives.
  12. Supports the supply chain manager/director in managing special projects or assignments.
  13. Organizes meetings as needed to follow up on and resolves issues that may impact supply chain outcomes.
  14. Coordinates closely with end users to address their complaints/issues, following up with the concerned departments to resolve them on time, and report any deviations or corrective actions.
  15. Evaluates end users' satisfaction with the supply chain department's performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Intermediate college degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Advanced time management skills.
  • Leadership and strong personality.
  • Good Supply Chain knowledge.
  • Process improvement skills.
  • Experience in using Oracle
