Brief Description of Job Purpose:

Communication and Systems Coordination

• Ensure effective communication between all parties involved until the completion of delivery at each location.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the WMS and SAP systems, updating key milestones and data capture.

Strategic Tracking and Movement Optimization

• Implement live tracking of drivers and shipments, providing real-time updates.
• Plan and execute cargo movement from 3PL warehouses and inbound locations with cost-effectiveness.

Data Management Oversight

• Maintain computerized administration and performance monitoring of drivers and messengers.
• Monitor warehouse assistants' productivity targets and generate accurate reports for management.

Time Management and Expedited Documentation

• Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines, collect proof of delivery, and complete tasks daily.
• Ensure timely invoicing to customers and provide detailed reports to finance.

Order Verification and Operational Assignment Oversight

• Verify sales orders and initiate WMS activities as per instructions from customer service.
• Assign tasks to operators based on instructions from the warehouse in-charge. SAP Data Management and Reporting Expertise
• Enter data and LPO accurately in SAP, prepare invoices, and post them on the same day as delivery.
• Generate reports for near expiry cargo and share them with management daily.

Issue Management and Corrective Action Oversight

• Control and maintain non-compliance, returns, and performance issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Make stock adjustments in SAP and WMS as per supply chain manager guidance.

Personal Effectiveness

• Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, including proactive issue resolution.
