warehouse coordinator

Purpose:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material handling, and timely coordination of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments (GRN, delivery notes, invoices, etc.).
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials.
• Track shipment status and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse items.
• Support implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and data entry updates.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and warehouse operational standards.
• Assist in preparing reports related to inventory levels, shortages, and movement.
• Support audits and ensure all warehouse documentation is properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Experience with SAP
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of health & safety standards in warehouse operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼1,800.00 per month
