Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and safety-conscious Warehouse & Delivery Associate. In this dual role, you will manage core warehouse duties—including receiving, inventory storage, order picking, and shipping—while executing safe, courteous, and timely deliveries to local customers using company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Receive, inspect, store, pick, and ship products accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Order Accuracy: Read and verify shipping tickets against physical items to ensure complete order accuracy for both shipments and customer deliveries.
• Customer Delivery: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver product orders to customer locations on schedule, maintaining strong customer service standards.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts) in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all internal, customer, and federal safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution preferred.
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and at least three (3) consecutive years of driving history.
• Equipment Certification: Ability to obtain and maintain certification to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, powered pallet jacks).
• Core Competencies: Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills; high attention to detail for matching order tickets; proficiency with data entry and basic problem-solving.Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
• Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, pulling, pushing, and climbing.
• Lifting Ability: Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Vision & Mobility: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Environment: Exposure to variable warehouse and customer site conditions, including temperature extremes, elevated noise levels, weather, and proximity to moving mechanical parts.

Starting pay based on your experience. Benefits include PTO, Health, Vision, Dental insurance and Savings plan. Eligible for Profit Sharing after twelve months of full time employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
