Warehouse & Delivery Associate – Plumbing & Heating Supply

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Plumbing & Heating team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining warehouse operations, managing inventory, preparing materials for technicians, and delivering parts to local job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping an organized and efficient warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock warehouse shelves.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming shipments.
• Pull parts and materials for plumbing and heating technicians.
• Deliver parts and equipment to local job sites in a timely manner.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and inventory needs.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform light building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and assist with general warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or delivery experience preferred.
• Experience in a plumbing, HVAC, heating, or construction supply warehouse is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with technicians, vendors, and team members.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
