Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Executive is responsible for inventory accuracy, stock handling, order fulfillment, and coordination with logistics and procurement teams. This role ensures efficient, safe, and organized warehouse operations that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials (GRN, delivery challans, invoices).
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor and manage warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Implement and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and security standards within the warehouse.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Operate or oversee the use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) when required.
• Use inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) for stock tracking and reporting.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
