Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order dispatches between warehouse, logistics partners, and customers.
- Track daily shipments and proactively update customers and distributors on delivery status.
- Handle customer and distributor queries related to order tracking, delivery timelines, or returns.
- Assist with order processing, documentation, and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and stock records in Excel or ERP systems.
- Support warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
- Communicate effectively with transporters and third-party logistics partners.
- Follow up on pending deliveries, delayed shipments, or replacements.
- Share daily and weekly dispatch reports and MIS updates with management.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline – Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business preferred).
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, or customer support.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in supply chain and operations management.
