Job Description

SERA Pakistan is looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Executive – Raw Material to join our team at the Faisalabad Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing raw material warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for production. Candidates with experience in the Ceramic Industry will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations related to ceramic raw materials, including receipt, storage, and issuance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual systems and ensure timely stock updates.
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, identification, and storage of ceramic raw materials.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Planning teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving materials.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and internal material movement activities.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant warehouse experience in the Ceramic Industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of raw material inventory management, warehouse operations, and ERP systems.
• Excellent coordination, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
