Job Description:

myG Future is looking for a Warehouse Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations efficiently and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify dispatch orders as per invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of products
• Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement
• Ensure accuracy in quantity and product quality before dispatch

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory systems is a plus)
• Ability to lift and move goods when required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work shifts if required
