Warehouse Helper

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Helper assists in the efficient operation of the warehouse by supporting inventory management, loading/unloading goods, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth material handling. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from trucks and other vehicles.
• Move, stack, and organize stock within the warehouse using manual or mechanical equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Help in packing, labeling, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Perform stock counting and inventory checks as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies.
• Assist warehouse supervisors and other team members in daily tasks.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (if trained and authorized).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is an advantage.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Physically demanding job; requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• May involve working in varying temperatures (cold storage, hot environments).
• Shift work, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

Note: Candidate on Visit visa/ Cancelled Visa will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
