Warehouse Helper

Roles & Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring that products are handled safely and correctly to minimize damage.
• Organize inventory in a systematic manner, utilizing shelving and storage solutions to maximize space and accessibility.
• Assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits, verifying quantities to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with proper certifications to enhance productivity and safety.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and packed to meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations, sharing insights and suggestions to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of safety procedures, actively participating in training sessions and promoting a culture of safety.
• Handle returns and damaged goods with care, ensuring that they are processed correctly and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, providing updates on inventory levels and operational challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) consistently, ensuring physical capability to perform job tasks.
• Basic computer skills, enabling efficient use of inventory management systems and communication tools.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order preparation and inventory management.
• Team player mentality, fostering collaborative relationships with coworkers to achieve common goals.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments, effectively managing workload during peak times.
• Good communication skills, facilitating clear interactions with team members and supervisors.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to a motivated and productive warehouse atmosphere.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
