Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and Inspection
- Unload incoming shipments and verify goods against delivery documents (invoices and packing lists).
- Quality Inspection (Check for damages, discrepancies, or shortages and report any issues to the supervisor)
- Label and store materials in designated areas.
2. Inventory Management
- Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Update stock records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Help in organizing and optimizing warehouse space for efficiency.
3. Order Preparation and Dispatch
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards.
- Coordinate with transport/logistics for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation accompanies all outgoing shipments.
4. Coordination and Communication
- Liaise between warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support coordination of inbound and outbound schedules.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.
5. Safety and Housekeeping
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment.

Working Conditions:
