The F&B Stock Keeper is responsible for requesting, receiving, and storing all items.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Place routine orders for goods and supplies exclusively from authorized suppliers, while also ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.

- Supervise and verify the reception of ordered goods to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded in accordance with agreed procedures.

- Perform basic inventory control tasks, checking quantities, quality, and availability on shelves and in storage areas to identify items needed for restocking and taking appropriate action. - Ensure all work areas in the restaurant, fridges, and chillers are kept clean and organized according to hygiene standards and FIFO (First In First Out) practices.

- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing faxes, following up on LPOs (Local Purchase Orders), filing receipts, and organizing suppliers' files.

- Coordinate with restaurant managers and kitchen chefs regarding new items, changes in quality, prices, or expiry dates.


Language Proficiency:

- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.


Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office.


EDUCATION:

-High school degree.


EXPERIENCE:

-One to two years of experience in a similar role.
