Admin Assistant - F&B

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the HOD
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the department
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave requests in coordination with the HR department.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as required by HOD
  • Assist in coordinating staff schedules, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Support procurement activities by preparing purchase requests and coordinate with the departments
  • Monitor office supplies, etc. ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of factory documents
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.
  • Handle communication between HOD and other departments or external parties.
  • Assist in processing invoices, petty cash, and other administrative transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures within the administrative area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
