Job Responsibilities:
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the HOD
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave requests in coordination with the HR department.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as required by HOD
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support procurement activities by preparing purchase requests and coordinate with the departments
- Monitor office supplies, etc. ensuring timely replenishment.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of factory documents
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth daily operations.
- Handle communication between HOD and other departments or external parties.
- Assist in processing invoices, petty cash, and other administrative transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures within the administrative area.
