Job Description
The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the efficient storage, handling, and movement of materials and finished goods. This includes managing all aspects of shipping and receiving, warehousing, order filling, picking, and packing. The role requires the ability to coordinate logistics operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and provide leadership to a team of logistics staff to meet operational goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus (e.g., APICS, CLTD).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage outbound logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for orders.
- Manage outbound logistics team members, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to minimize delays, reduce costs, and improve order accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation for all outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of goods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Report on the status of outbound logistics activities, KPIs, and any operational challenges to the logistics manager.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvements to outbound logistics processes.

- Relevant experience in managing and optimizing logistics processes in a fast-paced environment.
