Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Incharge to oversee night operations at our Vikhroli warehouse. The role involves managing daily inventory, coordinating last-mile milk and dairy product deliveries, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations during night shifts.

• Manage and maintain accurate daily inventory records of all dairy products and packaging materials.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Plan and coordinate delivery routes for last-mile milk and dairy product distribution.
• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery completion.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to stock movement, returns, and wastage.
• Ensure all products are handled hygienically and stored as per cold chain standards.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
• Track attendance and performance of warehouse and delivery staff during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG/Dairy.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and dispatch operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently during night shifts.
• Familiarity with milk delivery routes and cold storage management is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
