Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through proper record-keeping and regular stock audits.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, identifying shortages or discrepancies.
• Oversee loading and unloading operations to ensure goods are handled safely and correctly.
• Plan and organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures to prevent accidents and losses.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, stock movement, and warehouse performance.
• Ensure timely maintenance of warehouse equipment and cleanliness of the facility.

Requirements:

• Education: Any Degree / Diploma
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years in warehouse/store operations (garment or textile field preferred)
