Hiring Warehouse Incharge For Jalan Complex

Location: Domjur

Experience: 8-10 yrs

Salary: 28000-30,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO is strictly followed for all spice and food products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel and conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Coordinate with production, sales, logistics, and transporters for smooth material movement.
• Manage loading, unloading, and stacking of goods ensuring safety norms.
• Monitor warehouse hygiene, pest control, and cleanliness as per food safety standards.
• Identify and report shortages, damages, expiries, and slow-moving stock.
• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers; ensure discipline and productivity.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports with management.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GST documentation, and audit requirements.
• Control warehouse costs and minimize wastage and pilferage.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of FMCG warehouse operations
• Inventory management & stock control
• ERP / SAP / Tally / MS Excel knowledge
• Team handling and coordination skills
• Understanding of food safety & hygiene norms
• Basic documentation & reporting skills

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Logistics preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in FMCG warehouse operations
• Experience in spices or food industry will be an added advantage
