We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse In-charge to manage the accessories warehouse for our garment division. The candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and maintain smooth coordination between production, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, and monitor daily warehouse operations.
  • Receive, inspect, and store garment accessories (thread, buttons, labels, trims, zippers, tapes, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in software/Excel.
  • Issue accessories to production as per job orders and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with the purchase team regarding shortages and re-ordering.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of accessories to units/stores as required.
  • Verify GRN, delivery challans, and vendor invoices.
  • Monitor warehouse staff performance and allocate daily tasks.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and proper storage systems in the warehouse.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prevent damage, misuse, or pilferage of inventory.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in garment or accessories warehouse.
  • Knowledge of garment trims and accessories (labels, tags, buttons, threads, zippers, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to work with Excel, ERP/WMS (if applicable).
  • Good communication and team-handling skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
