Warehouse Incharge – Truck Adda Lahore

Job Summary

Atif Brothers is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch activities and warehouse staff. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in inventory control and the ability to ensure smooth warehouse operations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of inventory in accordance with company SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Inventory Control & Recordkeeping

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP and physical inventory registers.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory variances.
• Verify all inbound and outbound goods against supporting documents and system records.

Dispatch & Coordination

• Supervise dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Verify delivery challans, invoices, and builty documents before dispatch.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Transport teams for smooth operations.

Team Supervision & Safety Compliance

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers.
• Enforce safety regulations and proper material handling procedures.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and productivity within the warehouse team.

Reporting & Audit Support

• Prepare daily stock, dispatch, and inventory reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory data.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
