Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist

The Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring smooth warehouse operations for Will Leather Goods. This role helps manage the flow of high-quality leather products—including handbags, belts, wallets, and accessories—from receiving to fulfillment, supporting both retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain product storage areas to preserve item quality and accessibility.
• Accurately track and record inventory using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Perform regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in product counts, labeling, or storage locations.
• Coordinate with purchasing, design, and sales teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including inspection of leather goods for quality and accuracy.
• Follow company policies and safety standards to ensure a clean, efficient warehouse environment.
• Ensure that all picking locations are kept filled
• Fulfill other duties and tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control, preferably in retail or fashion goods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling premium products.
• Experience with inventory management software and basic computer skills (Excel, WMS, Microsoft office).
• Ability to lift, move, and organize boxed merchandise as needed.
• Forklift certified

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
