Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management Contractor (1099) Compensation & Terms
· Independent Contractor (1099)
· $70.00 per hour
· Month-to-month engagement

General Description
· The contractor in this position will be responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, competitive purchasing, and supporting the company’s transition to ServiceTitan inventory management systems and processes.
· Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing warehouse operations, placing and tracking orders, managing material distribution, and supporting implementation of improved inventory controls and digital tracking systems. The contractor will work closely with management to help transition the company from paper-based inventory tracking to an organized electronic inventory management system within ServiceTitan.
· The ideal candidate will have strong electrical parts and material knowledge, warehouse and purchasing experience, and prior experience using ServiceTitan inventory functionality (or similar platforms). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and implement process improvements are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with electrical parts, materials, and inventory management
· Experience using ServiceTitan (or similar platforms), specifically inventory and purchasing functions
· Warehouse management and purchasing experience
· Strong organizational and administrative skills
· Ability to implement efficient inventory processes and controls
· Moderate technical/computer proficiency
Specific Duties
· Maintain accurate inventory levels and inventory controls
· Support ServiceTitan inventory setup, organization, and implementation
· Competitive purchasing
· Placing and tracking orders
· Controlling and tracking material taken from warehouse
· Track company tool assets
· Organize and maintain warehouse operations
· Maintain company grounds and facilities
· Assist with process improvements and inventory system standardization
· Provide daily reporting to supervisor regarding purchasing and inventory status
Physical Demands
· Bend, squat, crawl, reach above shoulders, kneel, stoop, dig, hammer nails/staples, and walk on uneven ground frequently
· Repeated push/pull, simple grasp, fine manipulation, and hammer nails/staples
· Climb stairs, steps, and ladders
· Frequently work in confined and/or small spaces
· Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
· Occasionally lift and carry 25 to 100 pounds
