Warehouse Lab Technician

Hensel Recycling is looking for a full-time Laboratory Technician Assistant to work 1st shift at our West Berlin, NJ facility. We are looking for candidates that are reliable and detail-oriented with great communication and problem solving skills. We will train the right candidate for this position!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with preparation, analysis, and tests of sample materials according to standard procedures to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assists with testing and calibration verification of lab equipment. Reports defects, signs of wear or needed repair to Maintenance and Lab Manager.
• Organizes and stores all processed materials according to safety standards and company policy.
• Assists with weighing, storing and dispatching processed materials.
• Captures and edits pictures of test materials.
• Records, labels, and organizes all data and results in specified test forms with accuracy and responsibility.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or technical school, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
