Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Lead end-to-end warehouse activities including inbound (receiving fabrics), storage, and outbound (dispatch).
- Ensure all fabric rolls/bales are properly tagged, stored, and maintained as per product category and quality.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse.
2. Inventory Control & Documentation
- Ensure accurate inventory records through ERP/WMS systems.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system data.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and purchase teams for replenishment.
- Minimize stock discrepancies and ensure traceability of materials.
3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Plan and schedule dispatches in coordination with sales and dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and factory units.
- Verify proper packaging, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
- Optimize logistics costs through effective vehicle utilization and routing.
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and forklift operators.
- Set performance targets and monitor daily warehouse productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and work discipline.
5. Process Improvement & Compliance
- Implement lean practices for efficient warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory norms.
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and material handling.
6. Coordination with Other Departments
- Work closely with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Report daily warehouse status, stock reports, and issue logs to management.
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory and logistics.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Textile Technology (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in textile or fabric industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
- Proven ability to lead large warehouse teams and maintain process discipline.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
