Warehouse Lead

ALEXIS is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to join our fast-paced luxury fashion warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who is physically strong, fast-moving, and thrives under pressure. You will be responsible for accurately picking, pulling, packing, and shipping garments, while maintaining a spotless, well-organized inventory system and workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pull garments and accessories based on order requirements
• Pack orders according to luxury standards, ensuring pristine presentation and protection
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for both domestic and international shipments
• Conduct thorough quality control checks before shipping to ensure items meet brand standards
• Unpack, inspect, tag, and organize incoming inventory with precision and care
• Maintain real-time accuracy of inventory within warehouse management systems
• Assist in regular cycle counts and full physical inventories
• Proactively identify and report damaged or missing items
• Support e-commerce and wholesale fulfillment processes as needed
• Ensure packing stations and shelving areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies
• Follow health and safety guidelines for lifting, equipment usage, and general operations
• Communicate clearly with team leads
• Assist in warehouse reorganization or seasonal changeovers as directed by management

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising accuracy
• Physically fit and able to lift, move, and carry boxes and garments as needed
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience is required
