Warehouse Lead - Finished Goods
, you will be responsible for all activities being performed at WH of Finished Goods and Packaging Material stores at Cornwala Plant including Integrated Pest Management.
This role reports to Senior Manager Warehouse Finished Goods & Stores.
What You Will Do

Critical Deliverables – The Warehouse Manager will oversee inbound goods, storage planning, and outbound logistics under FIFO/FEFO principles, ensuring safety, security, and compliance with food-grade Quality Management Systems. They will lead the team in advanced warehouse practices, maintain equipment and environments, manage audits and emergencies, and drive delivery excellence to meet Perfect Order benchmarks while reducing complaints. Additional responsibilities include record management, inventory coordination, and Integrated Pest Management to safeguard finished goods.

Agility & Innovation – The Warehouse Manager will generate and update reports to maintain comprehensive records of activities while optimizing logistics to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. They will ensure physical upkeep through layout improvements, equipment inspections, and maintenance management, while proactively addressing hazards and safety risks. The role demands operational excellence without compromising Quality Management System standards, successful execution of special projects, and strategic deployment of manpower with effective staff scheduling. Additionally, the manager will establish KPIs to monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

People Management – The Warehouse Manager will make timely decisions to optimize staff productivity, collaborate with third-party contractors, and foster team problem-solving by involving employees in discussions. They will manage performance through clear expectations, monitoring results, and providing feedback and appraisals, while also coaching and counseling staff to enhance development and applying disciplinary measures when necessary. In addition, the role contributes to the creation and enforcement of effective systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring productivity standards are consistently upheld.
What You Will Bring

Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

8-10 Years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics management.

English fluency, both written and spoken
