Warehouse Lead - Dispatch & Inventory

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee warehouse operations, local delivery dispatching, and inventory control using the NetSuite system. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory tracking, efficient delivery scheduling, and strong team performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, is comfortable working in NetSuite, and has a proven ability to hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations and dispatch local delivery routes

• Utilize NetSuite to track inventory levels, transfers, and weekly cycle counts

• Ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies within NetSuite

• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with drivers

• Hire, onboard, and train warehouse and delivery staff

• Track employee performance, productivity, and attendance

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development feedback

• Maintain warehouse organization, safety standards, and operational efficiency

• Generate reports and updates related to inventory, deliveries, and team performance

• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to improve workflows and processes

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations, dispatching, or logistics leadership

• Working knowledge of NetSuite inventory and order management modules

• Proven ability to hire, train, and manage warehouse and delivery teams

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable using technology and warehouse management systems

• Ability to lift and move inventory as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading warehouse or delivery teams

• Experience with ERP or WMS systems beyond NetSuite

• Knowledge of local delivery logistics and route optimization
