Responsabilities

The Executive Assistant – Equipment / Fleet Coordinator and Warehouse support will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team while efficiently managing overseeing the maintenance and organization of the company fleet, tools and equipment used by our engineering department. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Equipment / Fleet Coordination

  • Maintain inventory of tools and equipment used by the engineering department.
  • Coordinate the allocation and distribution of tools and equipment to engineers as needed.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for tools / equipment and company fleet to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Monitor equipment usage and track expenses related to maintenance and repairs.

Warehouse Management

  • Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors.

Office Support

  • Manage office communication systems (internet, phone system)
  • Manage tablets for field crews
  • Manage all office related needs

Travel is required for this position.

Requirements

  • It sounds simple, but the most important part of the job is to have common sense and to use it well. This includes being able to make independent decisions when circumstances dictate.
  • You have bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • You are eager to learn, take initiative and don't mind taking on tasks that are not directly part of your job responsibilities.
  • It is a plus if you have previously work experience.
  • You are able to work independently with minimal direct supervision and you can work confidentially with discretion.
  • You have organizational skills and are strong at time management.
  • You must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. You communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • You have proficient computer skills and easily master new systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.50 per hour
