POSITION SUMMARY:
The Loader is responsible for correctly loading completed sales orders (stacked and palletized products) in a safe and efficient manner onto designated truck trailers in preparation for transport to Stores.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform distribution center responsibilities, such as picking, packing, shipping and loading orders.
- Ensure that all orders meet Distribution Center requirements of quality and timeliness.
- Perform all responsibilities within productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Prints out required paper work for each load.
- Work with others in a positive and team-oriented manner.
- Completes reports by entering required information.
- Operates ride-on electric pallet jack to place loads into trailers.
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Teamwork oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Ability to meet production standards.
- Good attendance and punctual; must show up on time, work scheduled shifts, work mandatory overtime.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, Requires the employee to stand for long periods of time, walk, frequent lifting of material up to 75 pounds and frequent twisting, turning, reaching, pushing and pulling use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk and hear.
Work Environment:
Work is normally performed in a warehouse/production environment. As part of the job requirements, Team Members may be exposed to work in a production setting and cold temperature (10 to 100 degrees) at times. Facility regularly processes known food allergens including peanuts. Must be flexible with work schedule that supports a 24-hour production facility. Schedule may include weekends and overtime.

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members. Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match. Compensation: $17.00- $19.00
