Warehouse & Logistic Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Executive to oversee and coordinate all warehouse, inventory, dispatch, transportation, and logistics activities for our flooring business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, and coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams. The role requires hands-on involvement and the ability to independently manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock movement, and dispatch of flooring materials.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure timely execution.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and periodic inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure adequate stock availability.

Logistics & Transportation

• Plan and coordinate deliveries to customers, project sites, and branches.
• Liaise with transport providers and drivers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Optimize delivery schedules and vehicle utilization.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, goods receipt notes, stock transfer records, and other logistics documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations.
• Generate regular reports on inventory status, deliveries, stock movements, and warehouse performance.

Coordination & Customer Support

• Coordinate with sales, procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle customer delivery inquiries and resolve logistics-related concerns.
• Support project teams by ensuring materials are delivered as per project schedules.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and logistics processes.
• Implement best practices to reduce operational costs and improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably within flooring, building materials, construction materials, interiors, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Experience coordinating deliveries across the UAE.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and logistics documentation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
