Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support our field and project teams. This role is critical in ensuring materials, equipment, and tools are properly managed, tracked, and delivered to job sites on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and equipment
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory control
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups to and from job sites
• Load and unload materials, ensuring accuracy and care
• Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Work closely with project managers and field teams to support job needs
• Operate company vehicles to transport materials and equipment

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to drive company trucks and make deliveries across DFW
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or construction experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or mechanical construction industry
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and job site logistics
• Forklift experience (a plus)
